Select raw materials
The main ingredient pork should be selected with thin skin and a thickness of 3 to 4 cm. The characteristics of pork belly in this part are that it is fat and thin and evenly distributed. If the pork skin is too thick, it will cause poor wrinkles on the surface of the finished product; if the fat and thin fruits are not evenly distributed, the meat will be difficult to cook in the pot.
